The BCM 50 model machine is semi automatic ice cream cone baking machine used for baking ice cream cones, sugar cones, cups. These machines are very rigid in construction simple operation, useful to non-stop running. The heating system is, coil heaters inserted in the die plates controlled with dimmers and contractors. Dies can be changed one size die to another size die within minutes; Still flexible for high production on nonstop basis for 24hours. The upper section of the machine holds the male portion of the moulds. The lower Section holds the female portion of the moulds. The two side pillars are used are guides for vertical opening and closing of the baking moulds. Depending on the diameter of the product, the mould section consists of four to six rows of dies

Fully Automatic ICE Cream Cone Baking Machine

Automatic cone machine BCA models are useful to produce Cones, cups, sugar cones. Ovens are available with 18 & 24 baking moulds according to the required output. For this particular range of ovens, special emphasis has been laid on a high level efficiency and reliability with the minimum of maintenance. High quality materials also used for long running life. PROCEDURE: The ovens are built with a rigid steel frame of welded construction to eliminate distortion. The baking moulds are mounted on carriages fitted on an endless chain. These moulds pass under the automatic batter depositor at a selected speed, then through the well-insulated baking chamber for any desired period between 2 to 3 minutes. On emerging from the oven an automatic stripping device first removes the waste batter.

This comes out of the steam slots in small quantities during the baking process. Then the Moulds automatically open and the baked cones are ejected onto the Collating and Stacking Conveyor. Each mould can produce between 4 to 11 cones according to the diameter of cone. The construction of the mould carriages is so designed to give a quick change over from one set of moulds to another for the production of different sizes of cones.
